This is a Valet single edged razor blade. It was manufactured by Autostrop Safety Razor Company, which was in direct competition with Gillette back around 1912. Finally, in 1921, Gillette bought them out and the two companies merged together. So we figure that this blade dates from around 1912 to 1921.
