Sometime well before dawn, we awake to the rattle of rain on the roof of the Xterra. Whooshing wind gusts buffet the Desert Canary as well but we're snug and dry and actually enjoying the unexpected rain. We do wonder how Mohave is doing, though, since he's sleeping out on his cot! As dawn arrives, we take a few photos of the soggy conditions outside.
