Then Niki finds a tiny embossed metal strip. This was used as embellishment on tobacco tins from the Drummond Tobacco Company of St. Louis, Mo. In fact, it was probably from a Horseshoe Plug Tobacco tin. These were produced from around 1883 to 1920.
