Welcome to the DzrtGrls cyber campsite!
Come along with us as we explore mines, ghost towns, rockhounding spots, petroglyphs, geocaching and metal detecting sites. We both have a long abiding love of the desert, and use our two Nissan Xterra Off Roads, as well as our own two feet, to take us to many out of the way areas. Our 'trips' page is your gateway to exploring the desert southwest. Our purpose is to inspire you, and to provide you with descriptions and photos of what you might see at a particular spot.
We hope your brief stay with us will refresh you in mind and spirit, and prepare you for your next adventure. As Arthur Ransome said, "Grab a chance and you won't be sorry for a might have been."
Stop by again, as we are constantly updating our content.

Realize, for example, that your vehicle may break down or become mired in sand; you may break a leg, suffer from heat stroke, or be attacked by a rattlesnake or cougar. In short, you may die a nasty death from a variety of causes. If you attempt to recreate any of these trips you do so entirely of your own free will and assume all responsibility for your decision.
