Not too far from Silverado Canyon and its abandoned silver mines is Black Star Canyon. Coal was mined in this area, but today the lure is the hiking and mountain biking trail that winds its way up the canyon into the Santa Ana Mountains. Join us for an easy hike, hunt for a few geocaches, and check out the spring blooms. Just grab a water bottle, your GPS and a camera, and we're off!
